"Henosis" meditation is ancient Hellenic technique to develop a sense of deep connection with the universe and with Logos - "divine reason".
The word "henosis" means “one-pointed awareness” or “unitary consciousness” in ancient Greek, and the Greek spiritual teacher of Julius Caesar - Plotinus - wrote about the Henosis meditation technique in his book "the Enneads".
This meditation technique is believed to have been widely practiced in Hellenic times at centers such as the Platonic Academy in Athens, the great university in Alexandria Egypt, or in the schools of masters like Plotinus in Rome.
