The Bible encourages doing healthy physical activities, saying in 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 that you should treat your body like a temple and "honor God with your bodies".

To do this activity, roll your shoulders backward for 30 seconds, then forwards for 30 seconds. This helps with posture and releases tension.

Even a simple physical activity like this one can be a spiritual act of faith if it is done with intention.
