The Bible encourages doing healthy physical activities, saying in 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 that you should treat your body like a temple and "honor God with your bodies".
To do this activity, stand tall and bend one knee, bringing your heel towards your glutes, use your hand to hold the ankle. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and switch legs.
Even a simple physical activity like this one can be a spiritual act of faith if it is done with intention.
