The Bible encourages doing healthy physical activities, saying in 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 that you should treat your body like a temple and "honor God with your bodies".

To do this activity, tilt your head to one side, trying to touch your ear to your shoulder. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds and switch sides. This stretch helps release tension in the neck.

Even a simple physical activity like this one can be a spiritual act of faith if it is done with intention.
