The Bible encourages doing healthy physical activities, saying in 1 Corinthians 6:19–20 that you should treat your body like a temple and "honor God with your bodies".

To do this activity, stand with your feet hip-width apart and slowly fold your body forward, reaching your hands towards your toes. Hold for 10 to 30 seconds.

Even a simple physical activity like this one can be a spiritual act of faith if it is done with intention.
