This Daoist breathing exercise uses "Chui" - one of the "Six Healing Sounds" or Liu Zi Jue - to foster creativity and growth and to reinforce the Wood element in the body. This exercise is also believed to strengthen the Liver and Gall bladder.

To do it, inhale deeply and slowly through the nose. As you exhale, open your mouth and say the "Chui" sound (pronounced as "chway") softly and gently.
