To do it, stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, with your knees slightly bent and your arms at your side. Slowly raise your arms so that they are extended in front of you at shoulder level, and then slowly push them back down towards the ground, ending with your arms back at your side. Repeat this motion for a few minutes.

While Tai Chi is a low-intensity martial art that can help boost your life force or "Qi", this and other movements are best learned under the guidance of a qualified instructor.
