Chanting this mantra is believed to improve mindfulness. It loosely translates as: "Of those phenomena which arise from causes: Those causes have been taught by the Tathāgata (Buddha), and their cessation too - thus proclaims the Great Ascetic."
To do it, chant or say "Ye dharma hetuprabhava hetum tesam tathagato hyavadat, tesam ca yo nirodha evamvadi mahasramanah".
For maximum effect, repeat this mantra 108 times.
