Hand gestures or "mudras" can be used in meditation to influence your physical, mental, and emotional state.

The "Namaste gesture" or "Namaskaramudra" was used by the Buddha himself, and is meant to brings calmness, harmony, and balance, reduce stress and anxiety levels, and stimulate circulation.

To do it, bring both of your hands to the level of your heart so that both palms and all of your fingers are touching. Try to hold this position for a few minutes.
