Samatha (or "Shamadha") is a Buddhist breathing technique that can help with anxiety and promote relaxation.

To do it, first straighten your upper body and fixate on a point in front of you. This can be a physical object, or a fixed spot in our playable breathing experience.

While keeping your focus on that point, breathe normally, feeling the rise and fall of your abdomen as you continue to concentrate on that point.
