Walking meditation, or "Kinhin", is a practice in Zen Buddhism that involves movement and periods of walking.

To do it, walk clockwise around any area (a room, your garden, etc). Before you take each step, inhale and exhale one full breath. While walking, hold one hand closed in a fist, and cover it with the other hand. Try to do this exercise for a few minutes.
