Buddhist hand gestures or "mudras" are often used in meditation to influence your physical, mental, and emotional state.

The "vitarkamudra" was used by the Buddha himself, and is meant to stimulate wisdom, energy, knowledge, and enlightenment.

To do it, raise your right hand and make a circle with your thumb and index finger, with the rest of your fingers extended and pointing upwards. Try to hold this position for a few minutes.
