Buddhist body poses or "asanas" are often used in meditation to influence your physical, mental, and emotional state.

The "Lalitasana" was used by the Buddha himself, and is meant to improve mindfulness and concentration and to decrease feelings of anxiety or depression.

To do it, sit on the ground with your right leg slightly bent and extended in front of you, and your left leg fully bent so that its heel is very close to your body. Try to hold this position for a few minutes.
