Dear God, When my heart feels heavy and my mind won't slow down, remind me that You are near. Help me to breathe deeply and rest in Your presence. You are my peace when I feel overwhelmed, my calm in the chaos. I give You my worries; every fear, every doubt, every unknown. Teach me to trust that You're already working things out for my good. Replace my anxious thoughts with Your perfect peace and help me to remember that You are always with me. Thank You for Your love that never fails and Your grace that never runs out.
