sometimes when I mention your name, Or whenever ! talk about you. some people go very quiet, It's like they don't know what to do. I can tell they feel uncomfortable, Afraid they might make me sad. But no one can add to the pain 1 feel, By talking about the person i once had. To people that weren't in my life, Before my loved one died You don't know them or part of me, so 1 want to talk about them with pride. I want you to know the person, That was once with me here. so 1 love to tell you stories of all The memories I cherish so dear. To be able to talk about our loved ones, So wthe eaten ift you could githem. For as long as we shall live. So if someone speaks about their loved one, That is a great honour, you know o please ask questions about them ' promise you won't add to their sorrow. I promise you won't say the wrong thing. And you won't remind us they're dead. We know they're not here every day. so help us keep their memory alive instead.
